A year ago I signed up for my first round of Faster Way to Fat Loss! I had never done a diet program before and was a little skeptical. After six weeks I stepped on the scale (the FWTFL team encourages you not to weigh yourself during the program), I had lost 17 pounds! I did another round and lost another few pounds, making my Faster Way to Fat Loss journey a total of 22 pounds.
There is no denying this program creates results!
As I’ve mentioned before, health has been a primary focus of mine this year. It’s not simply that I want to lose weight, I want to feel good. I don’t just talk about HEART Goals, in theory, it’s something I practice every day! I want a clearer, sharper mind so that I can take on big work projects that help change people’s lives. I want a body that will keep up with my busy life. I want to be an example to my children. I want to take care of myself so I can take care of my people.
